Cider Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb (250 g) cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup (50 ml) chopped pistachio
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) sour cream
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) Domaine Pinnacle Ice Cider
  • Aromatic salt to taste

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients until creamy.
