The Estate Plantation

Ingredients

• 1 oz Domaine Pinnacle Ice Apple Wine
• 1 oz Camus Cognac
• 3/4 oz grenadine
• 1 oz Purée de la Passion
• 1/8 grapefruit, purée
• 1 dash Angostura Bitter
• 1 oz pink grapefruit juice

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients. Serve in a 9 oz Highball glass. Decorate with arced grapefruit and lime rind on toothpic, with a raspberry in the centre. Savor the crop!
