The Estate Plantation
Ingredients
- 1 oz Domaine Pinnacle Ice Apple Wine
- 1 oz Camus Cognac
- 3/4 oz grenadine
- 1 oz Purée de la Passion
- 1/8 grapefruit, purée
- 1 dash Angostura Bitter
- 1 oz pink grapefruit juice
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients. Serve in a 9 oz Highball glass. Decorate with arced grapefruit and lime rind on toothpic, with a raspberry in the centre. Savor the crop!
