Sparkling Apple Lover

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 1/4 to 1/2 Domaine Pinnacle Réserve 1859
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz fresh apple juice
• 1/2 to 3/4 oz unsweeten apple sauce
• Domaine Pinnacle Sparkling Ice Cider, to top

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients but the sparkling Ice cider in a shaker, and pour in a wine glass ou a big martini glass, and top off with Domaine Pinnacle Sparkling Ice Cider. Garnish with apple slices on a pic.
