APRICOT CHILL

This creation is so versatile and delirious, that you can easily transform it into a cocktail, a dessert, a floater or even an adult smoothie! Because of its unique caramelized flavours and penetrating texture, the Coureur des Bois Maple Whisky is positively shameless! Apricot, coconut milk, curry, vanilla and whisky are all on the same aromatic path, which is why their symbiosis is so astounding. To confirm this declaration, simply try a duo of apricot nectar topped with maple whisky and you will immediately understand how absolutely striking this union is! You can also be daring and make a modern “B52”. Slowly pour coconut milk onto apricot nectar, and top it with maple whisky slowly poured on the back of a spoon to keep the ingredients from blending together. You will have three levels of powerful flavours! You can also replace the vanilla ice cream with maple ice cream, just as you can replace maple whisky with Coureur des Bois Maple Cider Aperitif.

Ingredients

2.8 oz apricot nectar
2.8 oz coconut milk
One scoop of vanilla ice cream
2.8 oz Coureur des bois maple whisky
A pinch of curry powder
Stemless wine glass (such as those made by Riedel)

Preparation

1. Pour all ingredients in the jar of a blender.
2. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
3. Pour into a stemless glass and enjoy!
