1 oz (30ml) Ungava gin
1 oz (30ml) lime juice
1 oz (30ml) simple syrup
1 egg white
Garnish: Orange zest
1. Dry shake egg white in a Boston shaker.
2. Load all of the other ingredients.
3. Shake well and pour into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with orange zest.
